I almost want to call BS on this infographic only because, according to Visual Economics, people consume more fruits and vegetables than they do meat, poultry, or fish combined. I didn’t think we were that healthy. Of course, the 600 lbs. of non-cheese dairy products probably makes up for all those vitamin rich plants.
