WilliamsWarn Personal Brewery

There are quite a few kits out there for the home brew enthusiast but none that I’ve seen looks like this. At NZ$5,700, it’s probably the most expensive but it’s also the only self contained unit I’ve ever come across.

The video walks you through the steps but it’s pretty easy. First, you clean and sterilize the container. Then, you add your ingredients and close the lid. Next, you set temperature and pressure for the type of beer you’re brewing. After that, chill the beer and remove the yeast sediment. From start to finish, it takes seven days.

I don’t know where in my apartment would fit this thing but I’m sure I could make it work. Who needs a stove anyway?
